Politics- A' Level
Have you ever wondered who makes decisions that affect you? Do you have an interest in current affairs? Do you like to discuss and debate issues? If so AS and A2 Politics could be for you. The subject links well with History, Media, English, Sociology and Geography and Law. We normally offer Politics students the opportunity of visiting Parliament as part of the course.
What can this course lead to?
Politics will not necessarily lead to 10 Downing Street but produces an excellent grounding in laws and decision - making in Britain, Europe and America. It is an excellent background to a variety of degree courses as well as providing a broad understanding of the world around you.
