Ottery St Mary Food & Families Festival

Our catering department were well represented at the Ottery St Mary Food and Families Festival recently. Ffion Gallantree (LCAUC) and Skye Clarke (CJSUC) showcased their skills as budding junior chefs. They carried out live demonstrations to a large audience, who were very impressed! Ffion produced a baked Alaska using an Italian meringue and Skye pan-fried a herb crusted cod with tomato sauce. It was also lovely to see ex-student Ethan Clarke return to the festival to showcase his developing talent.
